The Company wns unable to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) wfthin the statutory timeframe due to the ongoing finalizntion of the statutory audit for the financial year ended June 30, 2025. The delay arose primarily btcouse certain audit procedures and confirmations are still in process, which are essential for the preparation and finalixztion of the audited financial statements.

Accordingly, the Company is seeking a another extension of one month to ensure the completion of the audit in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and to enable the presentation of duly audited financial statements before the members in the forthcoming AGM.
