JSMR reconsolidated three trans java toll roads consists of Semarang-Batang (JSB), Solo-Ngawi (JSN) and Ngawi-Kertosono (JNK) toll roads after exercising the RDPT buyback option scheme in July 2023.

Revenue Growth

The revenue growth is driven by tariff adjustment implemented in 2023 (with full impact in 2024) and tariff adjustment for nine toll roads in 2024. Furthermore, the reconsolidation of three Trans-Java toll roads (JSB, JSN, and JNK) has positively impacted revenue growth for FY24.

Jasa Marga successfully managed the growth of cash expenses to remain below that of its revenue growth, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining a strong EBITDA margin.
