Luwansa Hotel Ballroom, Jakarta. All resolutions have been approved by Shareholders in the AGMS, including approval of FY 2024 audited financials with discharge of board liability, appointment of the auditor, re-appointment of the Directors and the Board of Commissioners, and approval in the EGMS regarding the Quasi Reorganization. Shareholders have approved the Quasi Reorganisation, which allows the Company to reset its financial balance sheet to show a profit balance without being burdened by past deficits. This will improve the Company's equity structure to eliminate accumulated losses and represent the present value of its assets. The Company is also expected to be able to secure greater access to funding for business development opportunities, increasing investor interest and trading liquidity for the purpose of shareholder value optimization.
