Due to the merger, there was a migration of the shareholder base from Porto Assistência to Porto Serviço, including BTG Pactual Economia Real Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Responsabilidade Limitada (CNPJ nº 35.640.811/0001-31), with which the Company entered into a shareholders' agreement on this date, regulating rights and obligations as shareholders of Porto Serviço.
