The selection of Audit firm for auditing the financial statements in 2026 (Draft)

Addressed to: The General Meeting of Shareholders PetroVietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation

Pursuant to the Point o, Clause 2, Article 14 and Clause 1, Article 47 of the Charter of Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling);

On the basis of reviewing the auditing companies approved by the State Securities Commission for auditing listed organizations, the Board of Supervisors (BOS) of PV Drilling respectfully submits to the General Meeting of Shareholders for voting approval:

1. List of auditing companies eligible to audit the annual financial statements and review the semi-annual financial statements for PV Drilling in 2026:

   • Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd.;

   • Price Waterhouse Coopers Vietnam Co., Ltd.;

   • Ernst & Young Vietnam Co., Ltd.;

   • KPMG Vietnam Co., Ltd.

2. Recommend the General Meeting of Shareholders authorize the Board of Directors of PV Drilling to evaluate and select one of the independent auditing companies listed above to audit the annual financial statements and review the semi-annual financial statements for PV Drilling in 2026.
