Meeting format: The AGM is held in a hybrid furiiiat, combining in-person attendance, online attendance, and electronic voting, as below:
In-person attendance: at Rex Saigon Hotel, No. 141 Nguyen Hue Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Online attendance: please %llow the insrrociiof7s in Section 3 helow.
All matters submitted for voting at the AGM shall be conducted by Electronic voting.
Method to attend the AGM and Electronic voting: Shareholders may access the website at the following link: https://dhcd.pvdrilling.com.vn to cast electronic votes and/or attend the Meeting online.
