The Group's revenue amounted to 45.8 million euros, up 12.6% compared with the corresponding period of 2025, while gross profit increased by 33.4% to 16.2 million euros. Adjusted EBITDA stood at 6.6 million euros, recording an increase of 36.9%, while adjusted profit before tax amounted to 5.6 million euros, up 39.1%.

During the first half of 2026, the Group recorded growth in revenue and a significant improvement in gross and operating profitability. The substantially higher increase in gross profit compared with revenue growth, together with the strong increase in adjusted EBITDA, reflects the higher added value of projects, the gradual maturation of investments in human capital and expertise, and the strong demand for digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI and managed services solutions. In particular, managed services contribute significantly to the Group's profitability, as they are characterised by higher margins and generate recurring revenue through multi-year contracts. Their growing share in the services mix improves overall profitability and provides greater revenue visibility and more efficient resource planning. At the same time, the Group maintains a strong financial position, with increased cash and cash equivalents and a net cash position, supporting further growth and the execution of its investment plan.

Significant projects and business milestones

During the first half of 2026, Performance Technologies continued to expand its portfolio of complex and multi-year projects, undertaking or commencing the implementation of significant projects in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, Enterprise Service Management, observability and managed services.

Indicatively, the Group undertook:

  • A four-year project for the unified maintenance and support of Oracle software licences for an organisation in the energy sector.
  • A strategic three-year Zero Trust cybersecurity programme for a major energy group.
  • A three-year ServiceNow platform implementation project for a company in the shipping sector.
  • A three-year project for the provision of IBM support services to a major banking organisation in Cyprus.
  • A five-year Backup as a Service project for a company in the energy sector.
  • A three-year project for the provision of cloud services and architecture consulting services to a major organisation in the energy sector.

In the Public Sector, the Company also proceeded with the implementation of the Integrated Case Management System for the Directorate for the Management of Special Violent Crimes of the Hellenic Police. During the period, a project for the modernisation of Athens International Airport's FBCC operational network, which supports critical IT and OT functions, was completed.

Other particularly significant milestones included the signing of a framework agreement with the European Patent Office, expanding Performance Technologies' ability to participate in European tender procedures, as well as the approval of the RADAR project under Horizon Europe. In addition, the Health Monitoring project for IDIKA was successfully completed and expanded, while the Company undertook a project for the "Archimedes" supercomputer of the Athena Research Center.

Investments in Artificial Intelligence, geographic expansion and human capital

During the first half of the year, Performance Technologies continued to invest in the structured and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence and was certified under ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AI Management Systems). The certification strengthens the governance, control and responsible implementation framework for AI technologies both in the Company's internal operations and in the solutions it develops for its clients.

At the same time, Cyprus is a key pillar of the Group's geographic expansion strategy. During the first half of 2026, Performance Technologies further strengthened its presence in the Cypriot market, aiming to broaden its client base and expand its activities in the Eastern Mediterranean. In this context, the Company reinforced its management and commercial presence in the region by hiring an experienced executive to lead the Group's operations in Cyprus and Malta.

The Group increased its workforce by 58 employees, employing 18.7% more people compared with the corresponding period of the previous year. Recruitment focused primarily on strengthening teams active in cloud computing, IT service management, big data analytics, observability services, business workflow digitisation and cybersecurity.

The recruitment and development of new talent is supported by the Company's initiatives to organise training programmes for young scientists and IT engineers ("Performance Academies"), as well as by its close relationships with universities.

The performance recorded for the first nine months of 2026 already indicates a significant increase in revenue and gross profit compared with the corresponding period of 2025, while Management expects the Group's growth trajectory to strengthen further during the remainder of the year.

Performance Technologies benefits from a highly skilled workforce that supports its operations and growth prospects and contributes to enhanced profitability. The Group's strategic objective is to establish itself as the trusted partner of choice for businesses and their first choice for digital transformation and information security.

Future growth is based both on organic expansion through investments in new activities and the further strengthening of existing business areas, and on the evaluation of opportunities for strategic partnerships, equity investments, acquisitions and mergers. For the remainder of 2026, priorities include further expansion of the client base, accelerated growth in Cyprus and international markets, stronger activity in the Public Sector and European projects, and the continued development of high value-added services and solutions.

We thank our shareholders for the trust and support they provide to the Company and remain confident that we will continue the positive course of recent years.
