In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate , Monitor and Report trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider trading ) amendment regulation 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st october 2025 till 48 hours after the declared of unaudited financial results for half year ended 30th September 2025. Designed persons of the company and their immediated relatives shall not trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
