Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ), 2015 (Listing Regulations ), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e on September 05,2025 inter -alia :1.Recommend the appointment of Mr Maheshbhai Muljibhai Maniya ( DIN:11269432) as an Independent Director of the Company , for a term of 5years , subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing General Meeting .2. Recommend the appointment of Mr. Anuj Manubhai Gabani ( DIN :11269325) as an Independent Director of the Company , for a term of 5 years , subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing General Meeting.
