In pursuance of section 159 (4) of the Companies Act, 2017, following persons have filed with the Company notices of their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors at the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at D-58, Estate Avenue, SITE, Karachi-75700.

Since the number of persons who have offered themselves for election does not exceed the number of Directors fixed by the Board under section 159 (1) of the Companies Act, 2017, the above-named persons shall be deemed to be elected at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.

Independent directors fulfill the selection criteria mentioned as per relevant laws and are also in accordance with the guidelines mentioned under section 165.
