Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 12th September, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company at D/58, Estate Avenue, SITE. Karachi, to consider the audited annual accounts for the year ended 30 June, 2025.
According to the Regulation No. 5.6.1(d) of the Exchange "no Director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the close period". The Closed Period starts from Friday 05th September, 2025 to Friday 12th September, 2025 (both days inclusive).You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
