This is in continuation of our earlier announcements dated May 04, 2026, regarding the public offer for the acquisition of voting shares in, and control of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited ("Target Company") by Sea Link Group Limited and Associates including Euroasia Terminal (Pvt.) Limited (the "Acquirer").

Pursuant to Regulation 5.5.11 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX), we hereby notify that the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from June 11, 2026 to June 17, 2026 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of determining the eligibility of persons entitled to receive the offer letter in accordance with Regulation 9 of the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017. The said notice will be published in English and Urdu newspapers on May 26, 2026.

Transfers received at the office of Company's Share Registrar, "M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block 'B', SMCHS, Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi - 74400", by the close of business on June 10, 2026, will be treated as timely for the purpose of determining the above eligibility of transferees.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
