Subject: Change of Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Securities Act, 2015 and the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, we hereby convey that the Board of Directors of the Company through its Resolution by Circulation dated May 7'h, 2026, has accepted the resignafion of Ms. Lirene Coloquio Mora-Suarez, Director and Chief Execufive Officer from the office of Chief Execufive Officer of the Company with effect from May 7", 2026.
The Board has further approved the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Anjum Naseem, presently serving as Director and Chief Operafing Officer of the Company, as Chief Execufive Officer of the Company with effect from March 07, 3026 for the interim period till a permanent replacement is identified, subject to completion of all applicable regulatory and corporate formalizes.
The Board placed on record its apprecia0on for the valuable contributions rendered by Ms. Lirene Coloquio Mora-Suarez during her tenure as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
