RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited ("OCBC Bank") wishes to announce the following:

  1. RESOLUTIONS PASSED AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 16 APRIL 2026

    All resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 24 March 2026 put to the AGM held on 16 April 2026 were duly approved and passed by the Shareholders.

    The non-executive Directors of OCBC Bank and their associates, holding an aggregate of 661,957,881 ordinary shares in OCBC Bank, have abstained from voting on Ordinary Resolution 5(b).

  3. NAME OF FIRM APPOINTED AS SCRUTINEER

    In.Corp Global Pte. Ltd. was appointed as scrutineer at the AGM.

  4. AUDIT COMMITTEE

Ms Tan Yen Yen retired at the conclusion of the AGM. The Bank wishes to thank Ms Tan Yen Yen for her invaluable contributions during her tenure.

The AC's composition with effect from 16 April 2026 following the conclusion of the AGM is as follows: Mr Chua Kim Chiu, Chairman
