OneMove Closes Debt Settlement

VANCOUVER, July 28 /CNW/ - OneMove Technologies Inc. ("OneMove" or the "Company") (TSX.V:OM) is pleased to announce that further to its news releases dated June 28 and July 4, 2007, OneMove has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and completed the debt settlement on July 27, 2007. The Company issued 28,500 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.67 per share to the University of Northern British Columbia in settlement of a debt of $29,067 owed by its British Columbia subsidiary OneMove Online Systems Inc. The Company also issued 236,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.55 per share to Litmus Blue Communications LLP in settlement of a debt of $129,800 or (pnds stlg)59,000 owed by its UK subsidiary One Move Limited.

The common shares issued to the Company's creditors are subject to a hold period in British Columbia expiring on November 28, 2007.
