OneMove Issues Bonus Shares for Bridge Loans

VANCOUVER, May 15 /CNW/ - OneMove Technologies Inc. ("OneMove" or the "Company") (TSX.V:OM) announces that they have issued a total of 372,500 bonus shares in consideration of $1,490,000 in bridge loans provided by various lenders to the Company. The bonus shares are subject to a four month hold period commencing on the date of issuance.

In connection with the bridge loan from GC-Global Capital Corp. ("GC-Global"), the Company paid to Kingsdale Capital Markets Inc. a cash finder's fee of $25,000, which is equal to 5% of GC-Global's loan, and issued to Kingsdale share purchase warrants to purchase up 12,500 common shares at a price of $0.50 per share exercisable for twenty four (24) months.

The bridge loans were repaid from the net proceeds of the Company's recent private placement through Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Capital Corporation as agents.
