VANCOUVER, Sept. 6 /CNW/ - OneMove Technologies Inc. ("OneMove" or the "Company") (TSX-V: OM) announced that One Move Limited, the Company's wholly owned U.K. subsidiary, has completed the integration of its Move Management System (MMS) with Expert Agent, the U.K.'s leading real estate agency web-enabled administration system. Currently, Expert Agent has approximately 5,000 realtors who interact with more than two million home purchasers a year.
"With the completion of the integration of our MMS with Expert Agent, we believe we have hit an inflection point in our U.K. business," said Martin Johnson, President and CEO, OneMove. "A key strategic precursor in growing our Company is gaining direct access to home buyers and sellers. Now, when realtors use Expert Agent to input their client's information, it can feed directly into OneMove's MMS transaction tracing system. This gives us immediate access to a captive customer base to which we sell our end-to-end home moving solution."
As part of an incentive program, OneMove is offering real estate agents the fully integrated version of Expert Agent for free, provided they refer their customers to OneMove exclusively. Since beta release of the integrated software in June, through the incentive program, OneMove has added 535 new agents to its network, resulting in more than 900 customer leads to date.

The integration of OneMove's MMS and Expert Agent has created the U.K.'s first entirely web-based real estate agency administration tracking system. The fully integrated product serves as a customer relationship management tool that facilitates more efficient communication between real estate agents and their clients. Real estate agents enter client information into the system once, and can then track and manage where the client is at in the home buying or selling process. Through integration with OneMove's MMS, and with the help of OneMove's Personal Moving Consultants, other parties involved in the real estate transaction process, such as lawyers, lenders and insurance agents can also electronically track and participate throughout the entire process.
