This contract is a follow on order to that mentioned in a press release of May 25, 2006. The Company is also pleased to announce a new automotive contract. The total value of these contracts is approximately $121,000 CDN. "This is the third order that the Company has received for these military components in the last month," stated Allen W. Maxin, Vice-President of Operations. "The total value of the three orders is approximately $310,000 CDN." Omni-Lite is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a new business area with the purchase of five state of the art progressive microforming systems. This equipment will enable the manufacture of the very small components utilized in computers, cell phones, PDA's and other electronic equipment. Of particular significance, these small parts can be utilized in various medical applications. The Company also feels that the nanowires to be produced by our associated company, California Nanotechnologies Inc., may be of particular importance in the production of these micro components. To further our goals of being an environmental leader, the Company has purchased a large automated aqueous parts cleaning system. This system will eliminate all other cleaning procedures involving volatile organic solvents.
