Omni-Lite receives first article approval for military program

CERRITOS, CA, Feb. 8 /CNW/ - Omni-Lite Industries Canada Inc. is pleased
to announce that it has received first article approval from its Military
customer for the new project mentioned in a press release on December 21,
2005. The Company is now completing the first production run which will be
submitted for final inspection and tested for compatibility with the
customer's assembly system. Omni-Lite is now ramping up its production system
to meet the large requirements of the U.S. Military.
To lead the future scientific and commercialization programs related to
the materials being developed at Omni-Lite E-FORM Technologies Inc.,        
Dr. Patrick Berbon will join E-FORM, effective February 1, 2006, as Vice
President of Research and Development and Principal Investigator. Dr. Berbon
brings a wealth of expertise in the development of advanced Nanotechnology and
related material science to E-FORM.
