(OTC "BFDE") (Cusip 076110 105) announced today that its Grace #3 well located ain the East Chandler Field, Oklahoma, as reached a depth of 4,220 feet and has had excellent shows in both the Pru and Red Fork formations. A total depth (TD) of 5,100 feet is scheduled to be drilled through the Hunton Formation. Grace #1 is in the final stages of completion and the Grace #4 location is being built and drilling is scheduled to begin the first week of August.
