(OTC "BFDE") (Cusip 076110 105) announces a joint venture with Grace Oil & Gas, Inc. and Buckeye Exploration in the development of the East Chandler Prospect. Drilling to commence within thirty days. The East Chandler Prospect lease is 520 acres. Wells in the area have indicated initial production rates from 800 mcf of gas per day to 250 bopd.
