Nocivelli ABP: contract signed for the “Città della Salute e della Scienza di Novara”. Construction expected to begin by 2027

Castegnato (Brescia), May 04, 2026 - A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A., an EsCo Company specialised in building technological systems and facility management services, and a nationwide Public-Private Partnership clinic and hospital construction leader, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan's segment (ISIN Code IT0005439861, Ticker ABP:IM), announces that the contract for the construction and management of the "Città della Salute e della Scienza di Novara" has been formally signed with the "Raggruppamento Temporaneo di Imprese (RTI)" composed by Consorzio Stabile SIS S.c.p.A. and Nocivelli itself.

The signing represents a decisive operational step towards the launch of the project, one of the most significant healthcare construction initiatives in the region. In line with the announcement made on 24 July 2025, the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract will have a duration of 30 years, including 5 years for the construction of the building and plant engineering works and the following 25 years for the management of services. The total value of expected revenues over the entire duration of the concession, 30 years, is € 1.2 billion, including financial charges, works and services. The investment for the construction works alone amounts to approximately € 520 million. Nocivelli ABP's share is approximately

€ 400 million, consisting of around € 200 million for the execution of the works and a further approximately € 200 million for facility management services over the following 25 years.

The project involves the construction of a new hospital complex with a high level of technological innovation. The facility will include 711 beds across four buildings, 325,000 square metres of surface area, a major university area with teaching rooms and a conference center, establishing itself as a reference healthcare hub for the Novara area and Eastern Piedmont. Construction is expected to begin in 2027, with an estimated construction period of approximately 5 years.
