Nocivelli ABP wins €400 million to build and manage Novara's "Città della Salute e della Scienza"The project, a temporary consortium (RTI) with the SIS Consortium, has a total duration of 30 years: total revenues of €1.2 billion for the entire period.
Castegnato (Brescia), July 24, 2025 - A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A., a leading ESCo company operating in the Public-Private Partnership sector for healthcare and hospital infrastructure, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN Code IT0005439861, Ticker ABP:IM), announces the awarding of the tender for the construction and management of the "Città della Salute e della Scienza" in Novara to the Temporary Consortium of Companies (RTI) composed of the Consorzio Stabile SIS S.c.p.A. and A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A.
The PPP (Public Private Partnership) contract will last 30 years, including 5 years of construction and plant engineering, followed by 25 years of management of related services. The total expected revenue for the entire concession term (30 years) is €1.2 billion, including financial costs and works and services under the responsibility of both Consorzio Stabile S.c.p.A. and Nocivelli ABP.
Nocivelli ABP's share is approximately €400 million, consisting of approximately €200 million for the construction of the works in the first five years, and another approximately
€200 million over the following 25 years for facility management services.
The €520 million investment for the project includes the construction of the new Novara hospital complex, which will have more than 700 beds, a 325,000-square-meter facility, and a major university campus with classrooms and a conference center. It will become one of the five healthcare hubs in the region, along with the Turin Health Park, the contract for which was awarded to Nocivelli and the SIS Consortium last October 2024.This is a strategically important transaction for Nocivelli ABP, destined to significantly impact the Company's order book, which will increase from an estimated €1.5 billion as of the half-year ended December 31, 2024, to a staggering €1.9 billion.
