Castegnato, Brescia, 1 June 2026 - A.B.P. Nocivelli S.p.A., a leading ESCo company operating in the Public-Private Partnership sector for healthcare and hospital infrastructure, listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN Code IT0005439861, Ticker ABP:IM), with reference to the press articles published in relation to the investigation launched into the Parco della Salute project in Turin, announces that it has full confidence in the work of the competent Authorities and is certain that the matter will be fully clarified.

The Company reaffirms its non-involvement in the matters referred to in the press articles and confirms that it has always operated in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with the principles of fairness, transparency and full institutional cooperation.

As reported by the press and confirmed by Special Commissioner Marco Corsini, at present there are no grounds that would result in delays to the start of the works or in the interruption of the ongoing procedure.

A.B.P. Nocivelli will continue to monitor developments in the matter and, where necessary, will promptly update the market in compliance with the applicable disclosure obligations.
