Selected as "SX Brands 2026"

Nichirei Corporation has been selected as SX (Sustainability Transformation) Brands 2026 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This marks the second consecutive year that Nichirei has been selected as an SX Brand.

SX Brands are recognized advanced companies that enhance their ability to generate sustainable growth resources and improve corporate value through sustainability transformation (*) .

*An initiative to synchronize social sustainability with corporate sustainability, implement necessary management and business transformations, and aim for long-term and sustainable improvement of corporate value.



In the selection process, Nichirei Corporation was highly evaluated on the following two points.

  • The resolution of the business model based on a solid business foundation of food and temperature-controlled logistics is high.

  • The company comprehensively addresses material procurement and logistics sophistication (such as the next-generation transportation and delivery system SULS, and cross-border network within ASEAN), new products in line with changes in the living environment and health consciousness, and overseas expansion.
