First Time Selected as CDP Supplier Engagement Leader 2025

Nichirei Corporation has received the highest rating of "♙" for the first time in the Supplier Engagement ♙ssessment 2025 (SE♙) conducted by the international non-profit organization CDP*. In recognition of this achievement, Nichirei has also been named as a "Supplier Engagement Leader".

In the same year, the Company also received the highest rating of "♙" in the CDP 2025 Climate Change and "♙－" in the CDP 2025 Water Security.

The SE♙ evaluates how effectively companies collaborate with their suppliers on climate change initiatives across five categories such as Governance and Business Strategy, Targets, Scope 3 Emissions (incl. Verification), Risk Management Processes and Supplier Engagement.

The Nichirei Group is advancing sustainability management to maximize corporate value by balancing social and economic values aligned with its Mission of "Spreading Happiness through Food into the Future".
