The trademark was issued on the Principal Register on July 7, 2026, under Registration No. 8,335,888. With the registration officially secured, Nevis Brands will immediately begin deploying the registered trademark symbol (®) across all "MAJOR" branded products, marketing materials, and digital platforms to identify its goods and services.
