CSE:NEVI (“NevisBrands” or the “Company”), a leading provider ofcannabis-infused products including the Major™ brand, announces itselection to adopt the policies outlined in the Semi-Annual Reporting(“SAR”) Pilot Program. This transition utilizes the exemptionsprovided under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reportingfor Certain Venture Issuers (the “BlanketOrder”).The SAR Pilot program, implemented under the BlanketOrder, allows eligible venture issuers listed on the CanadianSecurities Exchange (the “CSE”) to voluntarily move from quarterlyto semi-annual financial reporting. By adopting the SAR, Nevis Brandsaims to reduce the administrative and financial burdens associatedwith quarterly reporting, allowing the Company to focus resources onits core business.Nevis Brands’ fiscal year ends on November 30. Underthe SAR pilot program, the Company will not file interim financialstatements and related Management Discussion and Analysis(“MD&A”) for the three-month period ending February 28, 2026and the nine-month period ending August 31, 2026.Nevis Brands will continue to fulfill its primaryreporting obligations, which include:Six-Month Interim FinancialReports: Due within 60 days of May 31,2026.Audited Annual FinancialStatements: Due within 120 days of Nov 30,2026.The Company confirms it meets the pilot program'seligibility criteria, which include being a venture issuer with annualrevenues of less than $10 million and maintaining a clean 12-monthcontinuous disclosure record.
