Notice of outcome of board meeting

Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc. (the Company) wishes to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that at the Board of Directors' meeting held on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, the Board approved the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for Q1 ended 31st March 2026 (2026, Q1 UFS) and same will be filed on or before 30th April 2026.

Therefore, the closed period earlier announced on trading in the Company's shares by Insiders and connected persons shall remain until twenty-four (24) after the 2026 Q1, UFS is released to the public.
