Payment of dividendGroenlo, 9 April 2026
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 8 April 2026 has adopted the 2025 financial statements.
Dividend payable for the 2025 financial year amounts to €3.70 for each share with a nominal value of €0.10.
Shareholders will receive their dividend in cash, after deduction of 15% dividend tax, through their bank or the broker where their shares are held in trust after close of market on 13 April 2026.
The ex-dividend date is 10 April 2026.
Dividend will be made available for payment on 20 April 2026.
