Mopoli announces EGM voting results, commencement of liquidation and intended delisting from Euronext BelgiumPalmboomen Cultuur Maatschappij Mopoli (Palmeraies De Mopoli) N.V. ("Mopoli") (in liquidation) announces the results of its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ("EGM") held on 25 June 2026 at Spaces Rode Olifant, Zuid Hollandlaan 7, 2596 AL, The Hague, the Netherlands and via Zoom.
The general meeting of Mopoli resolved:
To dissolve the Company and to appoint P.G.M. Fabri as liquidator of the dissolved Company (agenda item 2).
To ratify (bekrachtigen) all resolutions adopted in the annual general meetings of the Company held in 2023, 2024 and 2025 (agenda item 3).
At the EGM, two shareholders with entitlement to vote were present or represented. These shareholders were jointly entitled to exercise 91,881 votes out of a total of 94,580 voting rights.
Agenda item 2: The proposal to dissolve the Company and to appoint P.G.M. Fabri as liquidator of the dissolved Company has been adopted.OVERVIEW VOTES | |

Further to the resolutions adopted at the EGM, Mopoli has entered into liquidation as of 25 June 2026. Mr P.G.M. Fabri has been appointed as liquidator of the Company.
Addition of "in liquidatie" to the company nameIn accordance with applicable Dutch law, the words "in liquidatie" (meaning: "in the course of liquidation") will be appended to the company name in all publications, letters and announcements of the Company going forward. The full name of the Company will henceforth read: Palmboomen Cultuur Maatschappij Mopoli (Palmeraies De Mopoli) N.V. in liquidatie.
Intended delisting from Euronext BelgiumMopoli intends to delist its shares from Euronext Belgium by the end of September 2026 upon expected closing of the liquidation. The Company will take all necessary steps and coordinate with Euronext Brussels to effect the delisting on or around the intended date. Shareholders are advised to consult their financial adviser regarding any implications of the delisting.
