VANCOUVER, April 17 /CNW/ - The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Vantage Communications Ltd. ("VCL") of Vancouver, B.C. to manage certain investor services ("Services") for the Company in North America.
In consideration of their services, the Company has approved to allocate an option to purchase 100,000 common shares of the Company at $0.85 per share according to the terms of the Option Agreement and Can$7,500 per month for six months as per the Investor Relations Service Agreement, subject to regulatory approval. The Agreement with VCL will be for a term of six months and renewable for a further six months, at the Company's option.
