VANCOUVER, Feb. 14 /CNW/ - Further to the Company's news release dated February 12, 2008, Prudentis is engaged by the Company to manage certain public and investor relations services in Europe starting February 15, 2008 for a three-month period for total engagement fees of 16,500 Euros. No stock options would be granted to them for this engagement.
Prudentis is a Swiss wealth management firm that has been providing financial and investor relations services since 2003. Prudentis' CEO, Mr. Marcus Bender has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prudentis will coordinate IR services and periodically provide introductions to institutional investors, including fund managers of financial institutions in Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
