VANCOUVER, Sept. 20 /CNW/ - The Company wishes to advise that it has appointed Mr. Stephen Nelson as the Company's Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Nelson is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington, U.S. A. He is also the CFO for the United States operations of Zeox Corporation which is a publicly traded company on the TSX-Venture Exchange. Mr. Peter Kohl, the Company's former CFO has left the Company to pursue other career opportunities.
As a Certified Public Accountant in public accounting, Mr. Nelson has extensive experience in all aspects of tax preparation and financial reporting of businesses in real estate development projects, mining and exploration, manufacturing and construction. He has provided consulting services on business and debt restructuring, domestic and foreign taxation, property and equipment lease or purchases, inventory valuation, development stage accounting, consolidation of multiple entities and divisions, cost accounting standards, budgeting and forecasting. Mr. Nelson has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and is the holder of one utility patent and one design patent.
