Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by our Company pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution dated September 16, 2026;
On September 23, 2026, MAVI B Group shares with TRY 100,000 nominal value were repurchased with a price of TRY 38.48 per share on Borsa Istanbul by our company.
Following this transaction, the total number of B group shares repurchased to date has reached 14,912,000 corresponding to approximately 1.88% of the share capital.
