Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by our Company pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution dated June 10, 2025;
On August 6, 2025, MAVI B Group shares with TRY 200,000 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of TRY 41.66 - TRY 41.76 (average TRY 41.755) per share on Borsa Istanbul by our company.
Following this transaction, the total number of B group shares repurchased to date has reached 1,545,572 corresponding to approximately 0.19% of the share capital.
