a total of 300,000 TL nominal value MAVI B Group shares were repurchased on 15/10/2026 at a price range of 36.46 TL - 36.92 TL per share (average 36.6660) on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
With this transaction, the total number of B group shares repurchased to date is 17,955,000, representing approximately 2.26% of the company's capital.
