Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Company in its Board Meeting held on 14th February, 2025 approved to make investment and give loan to MCPL Ceramic Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
