We hereby declare and confirm that Manoj Ceramic Limited is not required to submit to the Exchange an Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 in the view of an exemption granted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations to the listed entities which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.
