Black Monday Holding AS is a company owned andcontrolled by Mr. Bolstad Johansen.* Christian Rustad, CTO of the Company, has sold 555,555 shares in the Companyto Prozium AS at an average price per share of NOK 0.336. Prozium AS is acompany owned and controlled by Mr. Rustad.* Ola Stene-Johansen, CEO of the Company, has returned 2,000,000 shares in theCompany to Infigent AS.
