Lokotech Group AS has decided to change reporting language from Norwegian toEnglish when publicly disclosing information subject to the duty ofdisclosure,pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Securities Trading Act or Euronext Growth'sContinuous Obligations for Issuers. The company submitted a request toEuronextGrowth Oslo asking for dispensation to change reporting language. EuronextGrowth has approved the request. Lokotech Group AS received dispensation from the Tax Administration yesterdaywith regards to the accounting act §3-4, third paragraph, to issue the annualreport and annual accounts in english. Lokotech Group AS will therefore publish and report annual and semi annualfinancial reports and other public notices only in English starting from 30thofseptember 2025.
