FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

MainStreetChamber of Commerce Launches Main Street Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Names Steve Garcia President

LAS VEGAS, Nevada — October 3, 2026 — MainStreetChamber of Commerce, a national business organization established in 1999 and now a wholly owned subsidiary of MainStreetChamber Holdings, Inc. (OTC: MSCH), today announced the formation and national launch of the Main Street Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

The new organization is focused on helping Hispanic entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals throughout the United States connect, compete and grow while benefiting from the infrastructure, resources and national reach of MainStreetChamber of Commerce.

The Main Street Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will establish its headquarters at 3550 N. Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, with Steve Garcia serving as President and leading its national development.

“We are building this organization around a simple idea: membership should create value, not another bill,” said Larry Kozin, Chairman and CEO of MainStreetChamber Holdings, Inc. “MainStreetChamber has been connecting entrepreneurs and independent businesses since 1999. The Main Street Hispanic Chamber gives us the opportunity to expand that mission with a dedicated national organization focused on Hispanic business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals.”

Experienced Leadership

Garcia brings more than 35 years of business and customer-relations experience spanning financial services, real estate, retail operations and media.

He is a Licensed Financial Advisor and Licensed Realtor, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and spent more than three decades working within a family-owned furniture and appliance business. Garcia also has more than 10 years of radio talk-show hosting and commercial media experience, providing a strong foundation for public relations, communications and community outreach.

As President, Garcia will oversee national expansion, community partnerships, business recruitment, regional and local leadership development, strategic relationships and member outreach.

“This is an opportunity to build a business organization that delivers practical value from the very beginning,” Garcia said. “We want to connect Hispanic entrepreneurs and professionals with relationships, resources, buying power and opportunities that can help them strengthen their businesses and build long-term wealth.”

FREE Lifetime Membership & Business Benefits

The Main Street Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will offer the same benefits as MainStreetChamber of Commerce, including; FREE Lifetime Memberships, providing members access to a growing portfolio of business resources and benefits, including:

  • Chamber membership credentials and certificates
  • Business networking, referrals and national connections
  • Lead-generation and marketing resources
  • Member-to-member promotions
  • Preferred pricing and member discounts
  • Group purchasing opportunities
  • Business education and professional development
  • Technology and AI-powered business resources
  • Financial-services and insurance-related resources
  • Real estate and business expansion resources
  • Local and regional Chamber leadership opportunities

Creating Greater Buying Power

A major objective of the Main Street Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will be to combine the purchasing strength of independent businesses to create advantages traditionally associated with much larger organizations.

Through preferred pricing, strategic relationships, discounts and group purchasing programs, the Chamber intends to help members reduce operating expenses and increase competitiveness while maintaining their independence.

“A business owner should not have to become a giant corporation to benefit from buying power,” Kozin said. “If thousands of independent businesses come together under one umbrella, there is an opportunity to negotiate advantages an individual business may not be able to obtain on its own.”

Building a National Hispanic Business Network

The Main Street Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will operate within the broader MainStreetChamber of Commerce business ecosystem, providing members access to an expanding range of business services, technology, marketing programs, financial resources, purchasing opportunities and entrepreneurial initiatives.

The organization plans to make programs, websites, educational materials and business resources increasingly available in both English and Spanish while establishing leadership and representation throughout major U.S. markets.

A central part of the national expansion strategy will be the identification and development of the TOP 100 Hispanic Leaders — representing the Top 100 U.S. Metropolitan Areas by population.

The initiative will place a strong emphasis on identifying or developing one key Hispanic business or community leader in each of the Top 100 metropolitan areas, creating a nationwide leadership structure capable of supporting Chamber development, business recruitment, strategic relationships, community outreach and membership growth.

These leaders will help connect their individual metropolitan markets into a larger national Hispanic business network while creating opportunities for local business owners and professionals to participate in the strength and resources of a national organization.

The Chamber’s initiatives will emphasize:

Entrepreneurship • Business Ownership • Financial Education • Technology • Home Ownership • Wealth Creation • Community Leadership

“Hispanic entrepreneurs are creating businesses, jobs and opportunities in communities throughout America,” Garcia said. “Our objective is to build a national network where those business owners can connect with each other, do business together and benefit from the collective strength of the organization.”
