TORONTO, Feb. 23 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) announces it is providing an update to its financial reporting delay in accordance with CSA Notice 57-301 - Failing to File Financial Statements on Time - Management Cease Trade Orders and OSC Policy 57-603 - Defaults by Reporting Issuers in Complying with Financial Statement Filing Requirements. In addition and if needed, the Company will file another Bi-weekly update to ensure its compliance with these requirements.
As previously announced, the Company confirms that it expects to file the annual financial statements on or before February 28, 2007. The annual general meeting is expected to be held by or before April 30, 2007.
