TORONTO, Dec. 18 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) Further to the Company's announcement of December 3rd, regarding the delay in its financial reporting, Luxell is providing this update in accordance with CSA Notice 57-301 - Failing to File Financial Statements on Time - Management Cease Trade Orders and OSC Policy 57-603 - Defaults by Reporting Issuers in Complying with Financial Statement Filing Requirements.
The Company has continued to work diligently with its auditors and believes that the Statements will be filed on or before December 31, 2007. While not expected, if necessary, the Company will file further Bi-weekly updates to ensure its compliance with these requirements.
