TORONTO, Dec. 10 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) and IRTS, Corp. of Toulon, France, today announced they have entered into a strategic teaming agreement to jointly pursue sales and marketing opportunities in North America and Europe with a particular focus on flat panel displays for the aerospace, defence and commercial industries.
Jean-Louis Larmor, Luxell's CEO, describes the agreement "as an excellent strategic fit to expand our product and sales opportunities. One of our key goals has been to expand our footprint and ties in Europe. Through that agreement IRTS will be able to market our Aerospace products and we shall benefit from access to IRTS renowned Ruggedized Flat Panel Displays for naval applications." Both companies expect to increase their sales through that two-way street relationship.
Patrick Roynette, senior V.P. Business development, said, "This agreement will increase our product line capabilities in the Aerospace growing domain, and will allow us to market our own products and capabilities in North America, starting with Canada."
