TORONTO, Sept. 23 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) announced today that it has developed and successfully launched new custom liquid crystal display (LCD) design services to address growing market opportunities in the aerospace and defense sectors. Using Luxell's patented process, the new services will enable the Company to more effectively cut and re-size LCD glass to match the unique rugged display requirements of customers. Luxell has already received a number of new customer orders that are currently near completion.

Luxell's expanded custom design services will be used with the development of devices used by customers in a variety of applications such as flight management, mission systems or equipment performance. Luxell's rugged displays are installed in new airplanes or retrofit into existing aerospace or defense equipment.
