TORONTO, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) today announced the appointment of Bernard L. Kruyne as the Company's Senior Vice President and CFO, effective October 1, 2007.
Mr. Kruyne has extensive international experience on the banking as well as corporate finance side. His banking career includes postings with Bank of America in Europe, Asia and North America with responsibilities which included trade finance, project finance and problem loan management.
Since coming to Canada, he has held executive positions with Royal Bank Financial Group, initially within its Corporate Banking Division with responsibilities in the areas of Corporate Finance and Real Estate lending and later with RBC Dominion Securities as Managing Director - Global Trade Finance. His background also includes positions on the corporate side as Treasurer at both Aecon Group Inc and Royal Group Technologies Limited, where he established effective treasury teams and treasury discipline, with an emphasis on optimizing relationships with lenders.
