Announcement of Interim Cash Dividend |
We are pleased to announce thct the Interim Ccsh Dividend for the financial year ending June 30, 2026 of Rs. 5.25/- per share, i.e. 262.5% has been declared by the Board of Directors of Lucky Core Industries Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on January 26, 2026. The Shcre Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Februciry 09, 2026 to February 11, 2026 (both dcys inclusive). The above entitlement will be paid to those Shareholders whose names oppear in the Register of Members of the Company as on February 06, 2026.
