Shareholders of Lucky Core Industries Limited (the "Company") are hereby informed that the final cash dividend of Rs.6.20/- per share, i.e., 310%, has been credited through electronic mode directly into the designated bank account of those entitled Shareholders who have submitted their CNIC and complete bank account details, including the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), to the Company. The Company has withheld dividend of those entitled Shareholders who have not provided their valid CNIC and complete bank account details, including IBAN, in accordance with the requirements of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.
