Notice to the Market Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization ("Light" or "Company") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY), in compliance with CVM Resolution 44/2021, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, during the verification and confirmation of information for the re-submission of its Reference Form due to the receipt of the communication of reaching a material stake, disclosed by the Company on February 7, 2026, through which it communicated that the Opus Fundo De Investimento Em Participações Multiestratégia Responsabilidade Limitada ("Opus FIP") came to hold 36,935,819 common shares, equivalent to a 9.9% stake in the Company's share capital, it verified that the investment funds managed by WNT Gestora de Recursos Ltda. ("WNT"), of which it has knowledge, reduced their respective stakes, so that WNT's consolidated stake was reduced to less than 5% of the Company's share capital. The Company emphasizes that its management, through its investor relations department, sought clarifications from WNT but has not received a response to date. Nevertheless, considering the Company's spontaneous discovery of the material transaction carried out by WNT and, although the Company is aware that, under the terms of article 12 of CVM Resolution No. 44/21, the sending of the Communication of Disposal of Significant Stake is the exclusive obligation of the shareholder or group of shareholders that has acquired a material stake, in order to ensure the presentation of accurate and adequate information to the market, the management chose to spontaneously disclose this communication, in addition to adjusting sections 6.1./6.2. of its Reference Form.
